Qualifications

• Sales support and customer service experience a plus.
• Ability to prioritize and stay highly organized.

Responsibilities

• Prepare yard sheets and schedule home production.
• Enter orders into the computer and dispatch homes.
• Arrange financing with appropriate finance companies when needed.
• Invoice homes and send Certificate of Origin for payment.
• Enter payments received on homes.
• Dispatch homes to dealers and attach permits.
