R Cortez Insurance Agency is seeking an Insurance Producer who will focus on sales and developing new business. You will generate leads, quote and sell insurance products, and follow up with prospects while building strong customer relationships.

The role offers hourly pay plus commissions, with a flexible schedule and a minimum of 20 hours per week. Ideal candidates are self-motivated and sales-oriented, with prior insurance sales experience and strong communication skills.
