Outdoor Living Supply LLC in Durham, NC is seeking a full-time Sales Specialist to greet customers, process purchases, and build relationships in a fast-paced retail and yard environment.

You will use POS and ERP tools, conduct outreach to customers, and support team operations while maintaining a clean, safe workspace. Strong communication and a customer-first attitude are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in cashier, retail, customer service, or counter sales preferred.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory procedures is a plus.
• Spanish bilingual skills are strongly preferred.

Responsabilités

• Greet customers and provide fast, friendly service.
• Process customer purchases accurately using POS systems.
• Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions.
• Answer customer questions and assist with product selection.
• Process returns and exchanges and maintain balanced cash drawer.
• Build relationships with existing customers and conduct outreach.
• Assist customers in yard and warehouse areas and ensure safety.
