Salary Range: $18.00 To $24.00 Hourly

This role combines customer service, counter sales, cashier responsibilities, and customer outreach in a dynamic retail and yard environment.

Hourly Pay Range:

$18.00 – $21.00 per hour, depending on experience, qualifications, and skills. Higher compensation may be considered for candidates whose experience, qualifications, or specialized skills exceed the requirements of the position.

Special consideration may be given up to $24 per hour for candidates who possess one or more of the following:

• Building materials, landscape supply, nursery, or contractor sales experience
• Forklift certification or equipment operation experience
• NetSuite or ERP system experience
• Demonstrated success in sales, customer relationship management, or account development
• Industry-specific product knowledge relevant to our customer base
