Job summary

Sunward Steel Buildings seeks a Sales Consultant to manage a dynamic pipeline, guide customers through a consultative process, and close custom PEMB projects from commercial to residential markets. You will develop product knowledge, build lasting client relationships, and leverage Sunward’s quoting tools for proposals.

The role is full-time and based in Denver, with base pay plus uncapped commissions leading to substantial total earnings for top performers. We train and promote from within.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to manage a sales pipeline and close contracts.
• Experience in consultative B2B sales preferred; PEMB a plus.
• Self-motivated with accountability and coachability.

Responsibilities

• Manage an active pipeline of inbound and outbound leads from first contact through signed contract.
• Conduct needs-based discovery calls to understand project vision, site requirements, use case, and budget.
• Prepare customized quotes and proposals using Sunward’s quoting tools.
• Respond to inbound inquiries quickly to improve close rate.
• Build long-term relationships across commercial, industrial, agricultural, and residential sectors.
• Develop deep PEMB product knowledge through training and hands-on experience.
• Maintain pipeline records in the CRM and participate in weekly deal reviews.
