Job summary

Popeyes, a global leader in quick-service dining, is seeking a Manager of Sales Planning to drive forecasting, scenario planning, and performance analytics. This role partners with marketing, finance, and field teams to translate brand strategy into actionable targets and insights.

You will own the end-to-end forecasting process, develop frameworks to assess risk, and present clear recommendations to leadership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of analytics experience, preferably in marketing, digital, or sales planning.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Economics, or related field.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Data Visualization tools (Tableau), SQL, and statistical analysis.
• Strong collaboration skills with experience working across marketing, finance, and operations functions.
• Industry experience in retail, food service, or QSR is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support brand-level performance reporting with weekly, monthly, and quarterly analyses of sales, traffic, check, and product mix.
• Lead end-to-end sales forecasting, including daily, monthly, and annual forecasts, target setting, and channel distribution.
• Develop scenario planning frameworks to assess upside, downside, and risk-based outcomes.
• Translate analytical findings into concise, decision-oriented insights for marketing, finance, and field teams.
• Prepare and deliver leadership presentations that clearly articulate forecast assumptions, risks, and actions.
