Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business, statistics, mathematics or related field.
• 5–7 years of industry experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Collaborate across functions and communicate planning insights clearly.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with data accuracy focus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and refine short-, mid-, and long-term demand forecasts; load in Blue Yonder.
• Own and maintain critical master data and planning parameters for reliable ERP runs.
• Monitor forecast metrics and drive root-cause analysis and continuous improvement.
• Lead monthly Key Account Review meetings with Sales and Sales Planning.
• Update forecasts for new products, changes, and promotions in a timely manner.
• Partner with Supply Planning to align production and purchasing decisions.
• Contribute to S&OP processes by aligning stakeholders on a consensus demand plan.
