Job summary

NEST NEW YORK is seeking a Manager, Sales Planning & Forecasting in New York to develop accurate sales forecasts and drive strategic sales planning across self-serve channels. You’ll partner with Sales, Finance, Marketing, Supply Chain and Brand teams to translate product launches and promotions into actionable plans and revenue growth.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business, finance or merchandising preferred.
5+ years of experience in sales planning, forecasting, analytics or related.
Experience in beauty/fragrance or consumer retail is a plus.
Strong Excel, ERP/CRM/BI experience and data-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

Lead monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts and plans.
Collaborate with National Accounts to incorporate retailer insights into forecasts.
Analyze historical sales, seasonality, launches, promotions and trends.
Develop GTN forecasts and support revenue planning.
Coordinate with Marketing, Brand and Supply Chain on campaigns and launches.
Monitor performance vs forecast and propose mitigation actions.
