Restaurant Brands International is seeking a Manager, FP&A – PLK US&C to lead planning, forecasting, reporting and analysis for the Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen US & Canada businesses. You will translate financial performance into actionable insights and partner with cross-functional teams to drive decisions.

The role emphasizes AI, automation, and data-driven processes in a fast-paced environment, onsite five days a week.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of progressive experience in finance/FP&A or related analytical finance role.

Responsibilities

• Lead full cycle FP&A processes for PLK US&C, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning.
• Deliver monthly/quarterly performance reporting with variance analysis for senior management.
• Partner with cross-functional leaders to understand drivers and influence decision-making.
• Translate complex financial data into clear narratives and actionable recommendations.
• Drive cross-functional initiatives and automation to improve forecasting, reporting, and efficiency.
• Mentor junior team members and promote data-driven decision making.
