The role requires strong analytical skills, business judgment, and attention to detail. Office-based in Miami, FL with a five-day in-person schedule is expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of analytics experience in marketing, digital, or sales planning.
• Bachelor's or Master's in Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Economics, or related field.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Tableau, SQL, and statistical analysis.
• Ability to collaborate across marketing, finance, and operations.
• Retail, food service or QSR experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support brand-level performance reporting weekly, monthly and quarterly.
• Conduct variance analysis versus plan, prior year and initiatives.
• Maintain dashboards and scorecards with clear data storytelling.
• Translate findings into concise insights for marketing and finance.
• Lead end-to-end sales forecasting and channel distribution.
• Develop scenario planning frameworks for risk-based outcomes.
• Own forecast accuracy and refine methodologies continuously.
• Prepare and deliver leadership presentations.
