Job summary

Solmax is seeking a Sales Performance Director for AMS to partner with leadership and drive revenue growth across Solmax Americas. You will lead regional KPI development, pricing strategy, and cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Finance, Operations, and Supply Chain to translate strategy into measurable outcomes.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, governance routines, and a high-performance sales culture, with responsibility for optimizing processes, tools, and reporting

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, finance or related field.
7–10 years in sales analytics, sales operations or performance management.
MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead definition of regional commercial performance KPIs with visibility into revenue, margin, pipeline.
Translate data into executive recommendations for corrective actions and opportunities.
Establish commercial operating mechanisms for accountability and follow-through on improvements.
Oversee pricing strategy, governance, and value-based pricing alignment.
Enhance reporting capabilities using CRM and Power BI; ensure data integrity.
Develop high-performance sales culture via coaching and training.
