Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related discipline.
• 10+ years of successful experience in complex solution sales; 5+ experience in management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong business acumen.
• Strong analytical/quantitative abilities, problem solving and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Account Managers to drive profitable revenue growth and achieve monthly goals.
• Use data analytics to build account plans focusing on growth and margin expansion.
• Collaborate with Sales leadership to optimize offerings and close high-profile deals.
• Improve sales efficiency and provide targeted sales training.
• Champion the Global Sales Model and enforce best practices across the team.
• Forecast sales with a focus on new business and margin, and ensure follow-through on actions.
