Job summary

LG Electronics is seeking a KPI Strategy, Governance & Performance Optimization professional in the United States. You will assess and enhance KPIs, design and govern performance metrics, identify revenue risks and growth opportunities, and analyze drivers of high performance to recommend scalable best practices.

Qualifications

• Bilingual proficiency in Korean and English (required).
• Advanced Excel skills with strong data manipulation and analytical capabilities.
• 2–3+ years of experience in data analysis, data management, or performance auditing.
• Experience with Tableau Desktop and Tableau Prep (preferred).
• Working knowledge of SQL (a plus).
• Experience in a manufacturing environment with complex sales channels (preferred).
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to detect inconsistencies and data risks.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Highly organized with strong documentation and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• KPI Strategy, Governance & Performance Optimization: Assess and enhance existing KPIs to ensure alignment with strategic business objectives.
• Lead the design, implementation, and ongoing governance of performance metrics.
• Proactively identify revenue risks, performance gaps, and growth opportunities.
• Analyze structural drivers of high performance and recommend scalable best practices.
