Job summary

LG Electronics is seeking a Technical Solutions Analyst to join the Technical Solutions team in the United States. You will review, analyze, and improve field service and technical solutions data across LGEAI operations.

Responsibilities include monitoring performance, analyzing service data, handling escalations, preparing reports, and supporting process improvement initiatives. Strong Excel and communication skills are required; travel may be needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Business Management, or related field preferred.
• Associate degree in Applied Science related to Electrical, Mechanical, HVAC, Electronics, or similar field preferred.
• Proficiency with internet-based tools and Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, databases).
• Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills; ability to learn quickly in fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel as required; strong verbal/written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor/review field service data and identify insights to drive improvements.
• Review TS RA data to identify root causes and implement improvements.
• Analyze technical service content and call statistics to optimize processes.
• Update and share checklists for Refrigerator, Washer and Dryer.
• Support DIY programs and expand the initiative.
• Communicate with HQ; coordinate with related departments.
