Responsabilités

• Assess and enhance existing KPIs to ensure alignment with strategic business objectives.
• Lead the design, implementation, and ongoing governance of performance metrics.
• Analyze structural drivers of high performance and recommend scalable best practices.
• Conduct regular audits of MBO scorecard submissions.
• Standardize, streamline, and automate reporting processes.
