Qualifications

• 2–3+ years of experience in data analysis, management, or performance auditing.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assess and enhance existing KPIs.
• Conduct regular audits of MBO submissions.
• Standardize and automate reporting processes.
• Manage multiple datasets ensuring security and accuracy.
