Job summary

LG Electronics USA is seeking a data-driven Service Strategy & Analytics Analyst to transform raw operational data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations. You will leverage AI-powered analytics and predictive modeling to measure and improve the customer service experience.

You will identify trends, evaluate service performance, and partner with cross-functional teams to implement data-driven initiatives that enhance efficiency, service quality, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in data analysis, business analytics, or strategic planning.
• Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
• Experience building reports/dashboards with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Google Data Studio).
• Interest or experience applying AI tools to analytics or automation.

Responsibilities

• Analyze large-scale service operations data to uncover trends and improvement opportunities.
• Build and maintain AI-assisted dashboards and automated reporting tools.
• Apply predictive analytics and forecasting to support proactive decisions.
• Pilot AI/ML tools to automate data prep, reporting, and pattern detection.
• Create business review materials and planning models for leadership.
• Collaborate with Field Service, HR, Finance, Customer Care on data-driven initiatives.
• Improve data pipelines and reporting processes for speed and accuracy.
