Job summary

BLUSOURCE is seeking an Account Manager Associate to gain hands-on sales experience by engaging with Partners to understand goals and deliver solutions. You will work with an Account Manager to WIN the sale and build lasting relationships with clients, gaining valuable sales skills along the way.

You will operate as the primary contact for assigned accounts, develop new partners, and strive to meet weekly and monthly sales goals while delivering high-quality service and support.

Qualifications

• Hold or are pursuing a bachelor's degree, preferably in Sales, Marketing, Communication or related field.
• Sales and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms and Sage 100 (ERP) (preferred).
• Microsoft Office 365 proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for assigned accounts and manage related needs.
• Identify and develop new partners to hit weekly call goals and sales targets.
• Support the Account Manager and serve as a secondary contact for accounts.
• Perform quality assurance calls and deliver consistent, exceptional customer service to partners.
