Job summary

GEA Group seeks a Customer Service/Commercial Coordinator to manage orders, invoicing, and data across North America. You will collaborate with suppliers, factories and internal teams while maintaining accurate SAP data and driving continuous improvements in processes.

The role requires 3–5 years in customer service, a relevant degree, and proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office. 75% travel in North America is expected; passport required, Canada travel preferred.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in Customer Service or related roles.
• Bachelor’s or Associate degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a technical field preferred.
• Proficiency in SAP, Microsoft Office (Access & Excel) and MRP systems highly desirable.
• Experience with global production and sales is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Order Management & Data Administration: manage the sales order process and data in SAP-PEM.
• Invoice & Financial Management: prepare invoices and monitor the project invoice backlog.
• Collaboration & Coordination: work with suppliers, factories, and internal teams for timely delivery.
• Continuous Improvement: use SAP and Excel to maintain schedules and records.
