Job summary

LI-COR Biosciences is seeking a Sales Correspondent I (Finance) to process orders, prepare shipping documents, and manage customer communications. You will handle inquiries, verify pricing and availability, and maintain order files.

Proficiency in English and accurate data entry are essential. The role involves coordinating with Shipping and Sales teams, entering data into Salesforce and the ERP system, and supporting colleagues during high-volume periods.

Qualifications

• High School diploma minimum; associate degree preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of office experience.
• Experience with PCs, word processing, and spreadsheets.
• Some experience with order processing preferred.
• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple detailed projects accurately.
• Accurate arithmetic and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Process orders for domestic and international customers, from entry to invoicing.
• Prepare shipping documents and coordinate with carriers and Shipping Dept.
• Handle inquiries via calls, email, or web orders about orders, shipments or invoices.
• Enter customer data into Salesforce and ERP System (Account, Contact, Asset, Case).
• Maintain customer contact files in ERP and ensure up-to-date information.
• Support Team with tasks during peak periods and cover duties as needed.
