Bruker is seeking a Senior Order Coordinator for the Biosystems Order Management Team in Billerica, MA. You will process customer orders, convert quotes to orders, and ensure timely invoicing while maintaining revenue recognition compliance.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor Degree in Business or related discipline.
• 3+ years business administration experience with SAP ERP and Revenue Recognition in high-tech life sciences or NMR environments.
• Advanced MS Office; hands-on experience with SAP, CRM software, and SalesForce.com.
• Strong knowledge of order-to-cash processes and revenue recognition incl. ASC 606/IFRS 15.
• Experience with SAP ERP environments; SAP RAR experience preferred.
• Ability to review contracts, quotations, POs, and change orders for compliance with revenue recognition.
• Excellent English communication; Portuguese/Spanish desirable.

Aufgaben

• Process all customer purchase orders accurately and timely (licenses, web shop, internal stock transfers).
• Create customer SAP invoices and monitor documentation for each order.
• Convert quotes to sales orders and manage Cryogen/loan/demonstration orders.
• Ensure compliance with revenue recognition policies and RAR requirements.
• Support month-end/quarter-end close and inter-company processes.
• Collaborate with Finance, Revenue Group, Sales Operations and Service teams to resolve issues.
