Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Accurately enter and track customer orders, quotes, and requests using ERP/CRM platforms.
• Serve as a key contact for customer accounts, addressing order status, lead times, and pricing details.
• Verify accuracy of incoming orders in pricing, item specs, and delivery terms.
• Collaborate with engineering, production, sales, and logistics to ensure prompt order fulfillment.
• Check stock, fulfill spare parts requests, and manage outgoing shipment paperwork.
• Proactively monitor inventory or delays and communicate updates to customers.
• Maintain detailed records of communications, orders histories, and sales documents.
