Responsibilities

• Deliver world-class customer experience to assigned accounts.
• Support program management in meeting customer requirements and respond to requests.
• Receive and review orders; enter sales orders into ERP system.
• Maintain and update sales orders with customer-driven changes.
• Review orders with customer-focused team; reconcile discrepancies and open issues.
• Prepare and issue change orders per management direction.
