Qualifications

• Proven experience with high-volume data entry or administrative support.
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining accuracy.
• Outbound calls to vendors frequently.

• Reliable, self-motivated, detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-volume data entry of sales orders with a high level of accuracy
• Process a large number of transactions daily while meeting productivity and quality standards
• Update system in real time to reflect changes, corrections, and confirmations
• Support the sales team by quickly turning around data requests and documentation
• Manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently, maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines
• Monitor order status and proactively follow up to prevent delays
• Regularly contact vendors by phone and email to confirm order details
