Job summary

WM (Waste Management) seeks an administrative specialist to manage customer data and support the Manufacturing & Industrial Sales Team. You will ensure data accuracy across systems, assist with billing inquiries, and prepare reports to drive efficiency.

Responsibilities include data maintenance, billing support, and handling high-volume customer communications by phone and email, contributing to operational excellence and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience: 1 year of relevant work experience.
• Preferred: Salesforce, Fastlane or MAS experience.
• MS Word, Excel, Windows proficiency is required.

Responsibilities

• Maintains accuracy of customer and operational data across systems.
• Performs data entry and quality assurance of account setups.
• Prepares customized bills, exports, and correspondence on request.
• Generates volume and revenue reports for sales reps and customers.
• Provides customer support via phone and email; handles inbound emails.
