Job summary

Wencor Group LLC is seeking a Sales Support Specialist to assist the Sales team and respond to customer requests with strong service, accuracy, and teamwork.

You will handle order entry for account managers, enter quotes, support contract reviews, and help resolve issues while maintaining professional communication.

This role requires basic computer skills (Windows, MS Word, MS Excel) and a high school diploma, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required with at least 3 months related experience.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.

Responsibilities

• Enter and update customer orders for Account Managers.
• Provide quote entry and assist with contract reviews.
• Perform order data entry and ensure accuracy.
• Assist with customer communication and resolution of issues.
• Cover for team members who are out of the office.
• Participate in special projects for the team.
• Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by management.
