Job summary

Waste Pro USA Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Sales Contract Entry Admin to process new and renewal contracts, enter customer and account information into Navusoft, and support the sales team through the account setup process.

The role requires accuracy, organization, and the ability to work independently while maintaining clear communication with sales representatives and customers; familiarity with Salesforce and Navusoft is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Access and review signed sales contracts in Salesforce for Commercial accounts.
• Enter new temporary and permanent customer accounts into Navusoft accurately and efficiently.
• Process and enter all renewals for existing customer accounts.
• Communicate daily with sales representatives and customers regarding contracts, account setup, payments, and related information.
• Collect and process prepayments from customers for new accounts.
• Review contracts and account information to ensure details are complete and accurate.
• Identify missing or inconsistent information and obtain clarification.
• Maintain accurate and organized customer and account records.
• Follow established procedures for contract entry, account setup, renewals, and payment processing.
