Responsibilities

• Dispatches drivers to calls balancing cost and speed of response.
• Assign routes and service tickets to drivers and close tickets daily.
• Plan and monitor daily route assignments to ensure service per Waste Pro standards.
• Close routes, enter notes, and call customers regarding concerns.
• Coordinate with Customer Service, Operations, Sales Managers, Supervisors and Drivers for follow-through.
• Input New Service Agreements and Service Orders.
• Review route paperwork and close work orders from previous day, record details for distribution.
• Support other service lines when required.
• Complete cross training with Operations, Sales and Billing.
• Use Tower systems to gather and update customer records.
