Acme Brick Company in Shreveport, LA is seeking a Customer Service Representative to provide product and service information to customers and sales reps, resolve issues, and enter orders into the sales system. You will support operations and help maintain procedures that ensure efficiency and a positive work environment.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of related experience, excellent verbal and written communication, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel; JDE experience is a plus.

Competenze

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• 2+ years of related experience in customer service or order entry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel; JDE experience preferred.

Mansioni

• Communicate with customers by phone, email or in person on various concerns.
• Enter customer orders into the sales system and place purchase orders as needed.
• Support production coordinators and warehouse teams with product inquiries and inventory receipts.
