Innova Solutions seeks a Customer Order Admin in Cedar Rapids, IA. This is a full-time, contract role with a 12-month duration, hybrid work arrangement, and standard M-F hours (8a-5p CST) with some flexibility.

The role centers on supporting the Intertrade Sales Team, handling sales orders, and ensuring on-time delivery and invoicing. Responsibilities include processing orders, handling exchanges and credits, and coordinating with multiple departments to follow Global Trade policies and licenses

Competenze

• Experience in sales order entry and order administration for a sales team.
• Understanding of Global Trade processes and workflows.
• Ability to communicate with internal/external customers and resolve transactional issues.

Mansioni

• Create and oversee sales orders to meet requirements.
• Monitor exchange orders, warranty requests, credits, and purchase requests.
• Process additional admin tasks related to sale/credit of material.
• Interact with sales, product line, repairs, finance, global trade and purchasing.
• Communicate with customers to resolve transactional issues.
• Manage sales support email inbox and ensure orders are processed promptly.
