Job summary

Live Windward is seeking a Sales Optimization Manager to lead sales and occupancy initiatives across manufactured home communities in Detroit. You will onboard new sales managers, train staff, and support communities facing occupancy or performance challenges.

The ideal candidate combines strong sales expertise with coaching abilities, operational agility, and the capacity to travel extensively to support communities and acquisitions.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred in marketing, real estate, or business-related field.
• Minimum 5+ years of business experience, preferably in manufactured housing or multifamily housing.
• Travel with overnight stays; travel may be extensive, typically Monday through Thursday.

Responsibilities

• Provide project-based sales leadership across new acquisitions and underperforming communities.
• Collaborate with sales leadership to drive occupancy and home sales through targeted initiatives.
• Assist communities with on-site leadership, sales coaching, and follow-up improvements.
• Lead Salesforce compliance and user enablement efforts, including training and reporting.
• Train, coach, and mentor community sales professionals to enhance effectiveness.
• Coordinate with lenders and internal teams to facilitate successful transactions and move-ins.
• Analyze sales activity and performance metrics to drive actionable improvements.
