Job summary

Discovery Senior Living seeks a Division Director, Sales Optimization to lead sales transition activities for acquisitions, boost occupancy, and improve revenue performance across communities. You will analyze metrics, develop and execute sales tactics, and partner with home office, regional leadership, and operations to maximize results.

The role requires strong leadership, CRM proficiency, and the ability to coach sales teams. MBA preferred and multi-site experience is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Public Relations/Communications, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
• Seven years selling in a dynamic sales environment; minimum three years direct B2C selling experience.
• At least four years’ leadership experience in multi-community/regional sales role with supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Executes sales transition items for acquisitions and increases occupancy and revenue.
• Leads planning & analysis to identify performance gaps and develop data-driven tactics.
• Provides coaching and accountability to DOS and coordinators to improve performance.
• Ensures adherence to the sales system and drives CRM training and usage.
