Job summary

Aristocrat is seeking a Sales Operations Specialist to drive efficiency in the sales force through CRM optimization, data insights, and streamlined processes. You will fine-tune Salesforce and other tools, develop workflows, and support tool adoption while ensuring data accuracy and effective forecasting.

The role emphasizes collaboration with marketing and sales, analyzing performance data, and providing actionable insights to address pipeline gaps.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or equivalent experience.
2+ years of experience in sales operations or a similar role.
Experience with CRM platforms (such as Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong communication skills enabling rapport with clients and internal teams.
Analytical approach with ability to interpret sales data and generate insights.

Responsibilities

Direct and fine-tune CRM tools to secure accurate data, reporting, and forecasting.
Develop and refine sales workflows to improve efficiency and reduce bottlenecks.
Support implementation, training, and adoption of sales tools and technology.
Review contracts, pricing, and promotions for deal desk activities and compliance.
Maintain dashboards and documentation to improve sales team efficiency.
Build operational dashboards and reports to ensure data accuracy and identify improvement areas.
