As a Sales Operations Specialist, your role is pivotal in driving the efficiency and effectiveness of our sales force through sophisticated data insights and optimized processes.What You'll DoDirect and fine-tune CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) to secure accurate data, reporting, and forecasting.Develop and refine sales workflows to improve efficiency and reduce bottlenecks.Support implementation, training, and adoption of sales tools and technology.Support deal desk activities by reviewing contracts, pricing, and promotion requests, and compliance requirements.Maintain sales enablement tools, dashboards, and documentation to improve team efficiency.Build and maintain operational dashboards and reports to ensure data accuracy and identify areas of improvement for sales execution.Analyze performance data and provide insights and recommendations to the sales team to address gaps in the pipeline and forecast accuracy.Track metrics to measure the efficiency of sales initiatives and campaigns.Ensure lead qualification and management, from the handoff of marketing and commercial strategy to sales follow-up.Provide customer insights and feedback to advise product, marketing, and sales strategies.Act as a point of contact for customers and prospects, ensuring timely and professional responses.Partner with marketing to ensure effective lead follow-up and campaign tracking.What We're Looking ForBachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or equivalent experience preferred.2+ years of experience in sales operations, or a similar role.Experience with CRM platforms (such as Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.Strong communication skills enabling the establishment of rapport with clients and collaboration with internal teams.An analytical approach with the ability to interpret sales data and generate actionable insights.Diligent with a focus on accuracy and data integrity.Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.Knowledge of sales processes and guidelines.Experience with sales forecasting and pipeline management preferred.Ability to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a dynamic and evolving organization.This job description may have been reviewed and enhanced using AI-assisted tools to improve clarity, consistency, and inclusivity.
