Job summary

Cofense in Leesburg, VA is seeking a Manager, Sales Operations to own the systems, processes, and analytics that keep our sales organization running efficiently. You will lead a small team and own roadmaps for Salesforce, Gong, DealHub, and ZoomInfo while remaining hands-on with flows and integrations.

The role also drives forecasting and capacity planning, territory and quota operations, and turns pipeline data into actionable guidance for sales leaders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Sales Operations or Revenue Operations in B2B SaaS.
• Hands-on experience with forecasting, capacity planning, territory and quota processes.
• Salesforce administrator-level expertise (flows, validation rules, reports, dashboards).
• Experience with Gong, ZoomInfo, and a CPQ tool (DealHub preferred).
• Strong analytical skills with Excel/Google Sheets; BI tool and SQL preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a Salesforce Administrator and a Sales Operations Specialist; set goals and coach.
• Oversee configuration and improvements of Salesforce, Gong, DealHub, ZoomInfo; manage integrations.
• Define and maintain opportunity stages, fields, and data integrity for forecast readiness.
• Run weekly forecasting cadence in Gong and Salesforce; reconcile bookings with FP&A.
• Design and balance territories and quotas; support commission plan modeling.
• Own quoting and approval workflows in DealHub; balance velocity with margins.
• Develop dashboards for pipeline health and win/loss analyses.
• Prepare materials for pipeline reviews and executive updates.
