Core-Mark seeks a highly organized Sales Operations & Administrative Support Specialist to partner with the Sales leadership team. This role acts as a central hub for sales execution, inventory coordination, vendor communication, and cross-functional problem solving.

The ideal candidate is a dependable self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, supports the sales teams, and helps keep processes and priorities aligned across the organization.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of administrative, sales support, or operations experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Experience supporting sales teams in foodservice, wholesale, retail, or convenience channels.

Responsibilities

• The sales support administrator will provide support to the sales teams
• Obtain purchase orders from Sales Rep (or produce a pro forma) and enter in NetSuite within 24 hours
• Assist sales team with follow-up including order confirmations and bookings
• Maintaining and updating customer profiles in Netsuites
• Monitor remaining contract balances upon order entry
• Follow all policies and procedures on safety, cleanliness and BRC/FDA
• Other duties as assigned by Manager or other management
