Job summary

Port City Sound and Security in Wilmington, NC is seeking a Sales Coordinator to act as the liaison between sales, project management, and operations - owning CRM data and sales support to ensure no lead, opportunity, or deal detail falls through the cracks. • 2+ years in sales support, admin, or customer service (design, construction, or tech preferred).
• Comfort with outbound prospecting and lead qualification.
• Excellent written and verbal English.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the CRM for leads, opportunities, and deals.
• Maintain deal schedules and coordinate key dates across sales, procurement, and PM.
• Qualify inbound leads and route to the right Account Executive; conduct outbound outreach.
• Liaise between sales and project management during handoff; attend pipeline meetings.
• Assist with sales collateral, presentations, and proposal templates; support forecasting.
