Dornier MedTech America (DMTA) is seeking a Sales Operations Manager to oversee the order entry team, ensuring that any order that can ship today does so. You will lead the team on the floor, drive continuous improvement, and partner across functions to streamline the order‑to‑cash process.

The role requires a hands‑on leader with a track record in fast-paced operations, customer communication, and CRM/ERP familiarity. This position is based in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading a team in a fast-paced operational environment (order entry, order management, customer operations, fulfillment, or similar).
• Strong, energetic leadership style that sets the pace and includes the team.
• Track record of coaching and developing people into high-performing teams.
• Demonstrated success with continuous improvement and standardization.

Responsabilités

• Own the order queue and ensure same-day processing and shipment of all orders.
• Lead and develop the order entry team with clear expectations and development plans.
• Drive continuous improvement by measuring cycle times, reducing errors, and standardizing best practices.
• Serve as the face of shipment support, answering inquiries with urgency and professionalism.
