Job summary

MDS Staffing seeks a Sales and Customer Service Manager to act as the primary liaison among customers, the Sales team, Operations, Accounting, and brokers for a CPG company. You will oversee customer service and order management from entry through issue resolution.

You will manage inquiries, support the sales process, maintain pricing and customer data in SAP, coordinate with brokers, and lead the Order Processing team to ensure timely, accurate orders while driving cross-functional

Qualifications

• 10+ years in progressive customer service in the CPG industry.
• Ownership and accountability for responsibilities and results.
• Leadership and oversight of customer service and sales operations systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage and resolve customer inquiries and escalations promptly.
• Serve as liaison between customers, Sales, Operations, Accounting, and brokers.
• Oversee the Order Processing team for accurate, timely orders.
• Support Sales with pricing, reporting, and account-related activities.
• Develop and improve customer service and order processes for accuracy and efficiency.
• Coordinate with Accounts Receivable on pricing adjustments and disputes.
• Maintain SAP customer data, pricing, and account information."
• Manage Salesforce administration and maintenance, including records and reporting.
• Maintain complete customer files and required documentation.
• Qualify leads from prospective customers and route opportunities to the Business Manager.
• Prepare and distribute monthly reports to Business Managers and brokers.
• Directly supervise the Order Processing Team.
