Job summary

Dornier MedTech America is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead DMTA’s full‑cycle recruiting across the business, with a heavy focus on sales and other revenue‑generating roles. You will replace purely reactive requisition filling with proactive pipelines and keep ClearCompany clean and reportable.

This foundational role requires building sourcing pipelines, delivering reliable recruiting metrics to Sales, Operations, and HR leadership, and ensuring an excellent candidate

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of full cycle recruiting across a range of roles including sales or revenue-generating positions.
• Hands-on applicant tracking system experience (ClearCompany preferred).
• Ability to report recruiting metrics clearly to non-HR leadership.
• Strong hiring manager partnership and a genuine commitment to candidate experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Own full cycle recruiting for all DMTA requisitions, with a heavy focus on sales and revenue roles.
• Build and maintain proactive sourcing pipelines beyond open requisitions.
• Administer and optimize ClearCompany data, ensuring clean, current, and reportable records.
• Deliver monthly time-to-fill reports and recruit metrics to Sales and HR leadership.
• Partner with hiring managers on role scoping, interview planning, and decisions.
• Support employer brand campaigns while growing applicant volume with a strong candidate experience.
• Report on time-to-fill, quality of hire, and quota-readiness for new sales hires.
• Maintain compliance with DMTA hiring practices and EEO documentation.
