Great Bay Staffing Group is seeking a Sales Operations leader in McLean, VA to own the sales operations function across the organization. You will select, deploy, and administer the CRM and sales automation stack, define KPIs, and shape forecasting and performance.

This role is central, coordinating with Operations, Finance, Pre-Sales, Services, and Legal, delivering visibility beyond the sales team. You will manage pipeline accuracy, turn data into actionable insights, and influence business

Qualifications

• 5+ years sales operations experience in global high-tech or aerospace/defense.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, industrial engineering, marketing, or related field.
• Hands-on experience with NetSuite, Salesforce, or HubSpot.
• Proficiency with data analysis tools like Excel, Tableau, or SQL.
• Strong analytical, financial, and business acumen.

Responsibilities

• Reviewing pipeline health and refining sales forecasts.
• Digging into sales data and trends to sharpen KPIs and processes.
• Managing and optimizing CRM and sales automation tools.
• Coordinating with Finance, Operations, Legal, and Pre-Sales on cross-functional alignment.
• Handling government administrative and compliance requirements tied to the business.
• Partnering with the sales team on campaign design and execution.
• Onboarding new sales reps on CRM systems and sales process.
