Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written with varied audiences.
• Demonstrated analytical skills to draw actionable recommendations.
• Ability to develop trusted relationships at all levels in an organization.
• Travel up to 10% or as needed to other CDW locations.

Responsibilities

• Develop trusted partnerships with sales management to provide operational oversight.
• Build collaborative relationships with internal CDW departments to resolve order issues.
• Provide actionable insights on Sales Analytics reporting to grow revenue.
• Review month-end open order reports and strategize with account managers to close deals.
• Facilitate resolution of account manager commission miscalculations.
• Support strategic sales initiatives and company goals.
• Coach and train others on operational tasks to preserve profitability.
