Catalent Pharma Solutions is hiring a Sales Operations Manager for 100% on-site work in Bridgewater, NJ. You will collaborate with VPs of Business Development to drive operating processes, establish sales targets, and optimize territory coverage using Salesforce and BI tools.

You will lead cross-functional initiatives, prepare revenue forecasts, and support strategic planning while ensuring rigorous, data-driven decisions across multiple sites and teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required; MBA preferred.
• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in Finance, Six Sigma or Sales Operations.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to lead change.
• Ability to process data and apply critical business thinking to come up with simple recommendations.
• Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.
• Strong sense of organization; willingness to travel globally.
• Ability to work with tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, and Salesforce.com.

Responsabilités

• Lead the annual sales target-setting process with finance, operations, and sales leadership.
• Act as Salesforce.com expert for reporting, training, and data validation.
• Perform territory analytics to maximize coverage, win rate, and efficiency.
• Support revenue budgeting by calculating revenue burn rates.
• Organize monthly sales funnel reviews with BD teams and sites.
• Assist leadership in annual Strategic Planning with analytics on sales and market trends.
• Support VP of sales in monthly/quarterly executive reviews.
• Lead projects to reduce cycle time for recurring reports and improve collaboration.
