Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, analytics, engineering or related field.
• 1-3 years’ experience in commercial operations, sales enablement, or commercial analytics preferred.
• Experience with Veeva CRM/Veeva Network preferred.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools.
• Proven ability to successfully partner with field teams on operations and analytics needs.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Time and priority management skills.

Responsibilities

• Incentive compensation: support administration of incentive programs for field teams, including goals-universe files, tracking submissions, and data validation.
• CRM operations: provide day-to-day support for Veeva CRM and Veeva Network, coordinate inquiries and system issues.
• Data maintenance: assist with customer master data, including HCP/HCO records, affiliations, hierarchies, and account classifications.
• Territory alignment: coordinate routine territory changes and maintain alignment documentation.
• Operational readiness: support onboarding, role changes, vacancies, and exits; assist with new product launches.
