Job summary

Genoray America is seeking a Sales Operations Coordinator to act as the backbone for Sales leadership, handling HQ documentation, CRM data, and trade show logistics. This role supports the Sales Director and Manager by blending administrative expertise with vendor relations and market trend insights.

The ideal candidate has 1+ years of B2B sales experience or sales support, strong MS Office skills, and is willing to travel within the U.S., Central and South America. Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of B2B sales experience or sales support preferred.
• Experience building, maintaining and managing vendor relationships.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as administrative liaison between Sales and HQ to ensure paperwork and compliance.
• Manage department documentation and assist with executive-level reporting.
• Maintain CRM data integrity by importing leads, pulling reports, and cross-checking records.
• Coordinate logistics for meetings, seminars, and trade shows, including travel and collateral prep.
• Monitor lead generation workflows and route prospects to the team.
