Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance or data analytics required or preferred.
• Experience with sales operations is a plus.
• Ability to leverage AI tools for analysis, reporting, and campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain recurring reporting on sales performance and effectiveness.
• Analyze sales trends by rep, customer, and segment to flag performance changes.
• Mine data to identify growth opportunities by customer segment or by account.
• Execute targeted email lead generation campaigns and feed qualified leads to the sales team.
• Assess the sales funnel from inquiry to order and recommend fixes.
