Job summary

Mansfield Service Partners is seeking a Business Analyst to support Sales and Operations at our Houston, TX location. You will analyze performance, develop forecasts, and translate complex data into actionable insights for leadership.

You’ll work with a variety of sales, market, operational, and financial data, contributing to both day-to-day decisions and larger strategic initiatives. This is an analytical, data‑driven role with exposure across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Data Analytics, or related field.
• 1–3+ years of experience in business analytics, operations, FP&A, data analytics, or related area.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including financial modeling.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to translate data into concise, actionable recommendations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presenting findings to senior leadership.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Ability to build productive relationships across departments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain forecasts for volume, margins, delivery costs, and other key financial and operational metrics.
• Help build and improve demand‑planning methodologies for trucks, drivers, and products using CRM, billing, supply, and dispatch data.
• Analyze trends in sales volume, margins, customer activity, new business development, and customer attrition.
• Translate data and analysis into clear, actionable insights for Sales and Operations leadership.
• Develop recurring business reporting, including KPI scorecards, executive presentations, and quarterly business reviews.
• Partner with stakeholders across the organization to support forecasting, demand planning, and performance analysis.
• Conduct ad hoc analysis on a variety of sales, financial, and operational topics to help answer key business questions and support decision‑making.
