We're hiring a Sales Operations Analyst to be the analytical engine of our sales organization. You'll own the reporting that tells us how the sales team is performing, mine our sales and customer data to surface the next best opportunities, and run targeted outbound campaigns that keep the top of the funnel full. Because our products are engineered and manufactured to order, you'll also be the connective tissue between sales and the shop floor — tracking key orders through manufacturing so account owners and customers always know where things stand. This is a hands‑on role with direct exposure to sales leadership. Your analysis will inform quotas, targets, and where we focus our selling effort. It's an ideal seat for an analytically minded self‑starter who wants to learn how an industrial sales organization really works — and to use modern AI tools to do the work of a much larger team.
