Job summary

Clario, a part of Thermo Fisher Scientific, is seeking a Sales Operations Analyst to drive efficiency and operational excellence within the sales organization. The role partners with sales leadership, supporting proposal development and process improvements to deliver measurable impact.

You will manage Salesforce processes, assist in scheduling client meetings, and lead projects focused on KPIs and sales performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Life Sciences, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years in sales operations, sales support, or related function.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to translate data into insights.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with Salesforce.com including process administration and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Support the Head of eCOA Neuroscience Sales in documenting, maintaining, and monitoring sales processes.
• Develop and implement tools and processes to improve accuracy and efficiency of sales operations and proposal development.
• Schedule, coordinate, and facilitate critical internal and external client meetings.
• Lead projects on sales performance metrics, KPIs, and process improvements.
• Own proposal development activities including timelines and support initiatives.
• Partner with BDRs, Client Solutions Leads, and stakeholders to track proposals and deliverables.
• Review proposals, pricing docs, contracts, and change orders for alignment with RFPs.
• Maintain and enhance Salesforce.com processes, documentation, and reporting capabilities.
