Job summary

Zipline is seeking a Sales Operations Analyst Intern to strengthen the infrastructure of its growing commercial organization. You will contribute to making sales data more usable, scalable processes, and easier decision-making by supporting pipeline analysis, account planning, CRM improvements, and reporting.

You will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and other business partners while learning how a high-growth company builds and scales its go-to-market engine.

Qualifications

• Two years of undergraduate study in business, economics, analytics, marketing, operations, or a related field.
• Candidates pursuing or having completed a bachelor’s, master’s, or MBA degree are eligible.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Clear written and verbal communication; ability to turn analysis into concise recommendations.
• Experience with spreadsheets, CRM systems, reporting tools, or process documentation is helpful but not required.
• HubSpot Admin experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Audit, standardize, and enrich CRM records to improve data quality and trust in reporting.
• Support recurring pipeline, forecast, and funnel reporting; identify trends in stage movement, aging, coverage, and conversion.
• Build account lists, market maps, and research briefs to help sales teams prioritize prospects and whitespace opportunities.
• Document and improve sales processes, including lead routing, handoffs, opportunity stages, and follow-up workflows.
• Coordinate cross-functional Sales Operations initiatives by tracking milestones, owners, risks, and next steps.
• Create practical dashboards, analysis, playbooks, and enablement materials for sales and leadership stakeholders.
• Identify repetitive work and help evaluate automation or AI-enabled ways to improve speed, consistency, and quality.
